[Remote] Technical Program Manager, OCI Infrastructure - Customer Engineering

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage the development and implementation process of complex company products, ensuring project completion within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation process for large, complex and critical company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
• Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending
• Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
• Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
• Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
• Communicate status to executive management regularly

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in managing the development and implementation process for large, complex and critical company products
• Ability to manage departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
• Experience in planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending
• Ability to monitor the project from initiation through delivery
• Experience in organizing interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
• Ability to assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
• Strong communication skills to communicate status to executive management regularly
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
