The US IT Recruiter / SR. IT Recruiter role involves managing the recruitment process for the US Recruitment Division, ensuring alignment with customer business needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage the End to End Recruiter for US Recruitment Division - Client side
• Ability to understand the customer’s business using an excellent understanding of various business techniques
• Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use
• Ability to identify scope expansion and manage expectations accordingly
• Ability to develop detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement the system
• Ability to clearly articulate assumptions under which plans and estimates are given
• Ability to listen actively, critically analysis

• Must have good communication skills
• Must have good knowledge of US Tax Term and US Visas
• Candidate must have Graduate in any stream will work
• Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
• Independent thinker
• Candidate with good Technical Knowledge will be preferred
• Certification: Optional
