Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to ensure efficient case management
• Request, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation
• Draft correspondence and legal support documents
• Support lien tracking and documentation processes
• Assist with case file management and document organization
• Follow up with clients, providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed
• Provide administrative and legal support for pre litigation personal injury cases

Skills

• Proficiency with email, calendars, and standard office technology
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned work
• Personal injury legal support experience
• Attention to detail
• Experience using Filevine or similar legal case management software
