Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZealoTech People is seeking a Global Head of FP&A to centralize and elevate the company's financial planning and analysis capabilities. The role involves leading forecasting, planning, and business partnership across a global footprint while collaborating closely with the CFO to define the future-state structure for finance business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Provide actionable insights on financial performance, key drivers, and emerging risks/opportunities
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO, and executive team on financial and operational decisions
• Translate business strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, optimize profitability, and inform growth strategies
• Develop tailored financial frameworks and KPIs for each channel, reflecting distinct business models and economics
• Establish, maintain and enhance enterprise performance management frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Lead oversight of the design and re-implementation of our FP&A reporting tools as we shift to Netsuite
• Architect the team’s AI strategy, documenting high-value use cases; Collaborate with the Data team to prioritize the implementation of AI-driven dashboards and predictive forecasting tools to improve speed and efficiency
• Own our Board and Bank reporting packages, including creation of Quarterly Board Decks
• Create a global FP&A operating model that balances centralized standards with strong business partnership
• Evaluate inherited FP&A talent, set a new bar for performance, and coach or upgrade the team as needed

Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior FP&A leadership roles in companies with $100M+ revenue
• Global or multi-region finance experience, including exposure to multiple currencies and geographically distributed teams
• Operating experience in a private-equity backed company
• Experience with bank reporting, board support, business-unit partnership, and performance storytelling
• Hands-on experience implementing or operating modern EPM platforms (e.g., Planful, Anaplan, etc)
• Consumer / direct-to-consumer finance exposure or oversight, even if not from a pure e-commerce company
• Ability to influence senior leaders, drive change, and operate with urgency and polish
• Comfort in messy environments where the org structure is still being designed
• Demonstrated track record of promotions and growth in previous roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification is highly desirable
• Prior experience centralizing FP&A or building a global FP&A team from a fragmented starting point
• Experience with both corporate FP&A and commercial or product-finance partnering
• Strong use of AI tools in real workflows, with the ability to speak concretely about how they are used
