Jacobs Management Group, Inc. is a growth-stage life sciences company serving transfusion medicine and cell and gene therapy markets, and they are seeking their first marketing leader to build the function from the ground up. The role involves owning the full marketing mandate, including digital, demand generation, brand, content, and events, with board-level visibility and direct access to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce CRM integration
• Develop and govern brand narrative and messaging across customer segments
• Run a competitive intelligence program tracking positioning, pricing, and sales tactics
• Run voice-of-customer programs, including win/loss analysis and NPS feedback
• Manage creative, PR, and digital agency relationships

Skills

• Be able to do the job as described
• Fluent in both blood/transfusion medicine and cell and gene therapy, and how buyers in each operate
• Track record building or scaling a marketing function in a startup or growth-stage company
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• MBA strongly preferred
