Novaris Search is partnering with an established Ophthalmology group, seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the Southwest region. This role will involve driving financial and operational performance across multiple clinics while enhancing provider engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own regional financial and operational performance for 25+ Ophthalmic clinics & ASC's, driving delivery against growth, revenue, and efficiency targets
• Partner with senior clinical and executive leaders to execute strategy and enhance provider engagement and outcomes
• Collaborate with the Medical team, fostering & strengthening physician alignment
• Lead multi-site operations, improving performance, streamlining processes, and maintaining high-quality service delivery
• Build and scale leadership capability while supporting workforce planning and expansion initiatives

Skills

• 3+ years Ophthalmology experience required
• Experience in Senior leadership or having accountability for a large P&L / volume of locations
• Masters or Bachelors preferred
