EPM is a leading mortgage lender in the U.S. seeking Account Executives to develop lending relationships with third-party originators and expand existing accounts. The role involves managing accounts, providing training, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service and support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator/broker accounts
• Conduct sales calls with prospective and current accounts to assess strategic fit and opportunities
• Provide training to accounts on systems, policies, procedures, products, and updates
• Offer support and service to accounts and their staff
• Act as a liaison between accounts and the Equity operations teams
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to maintain professional partnerships with accounts
• Actively manage accounts pipeline and provide loan projections to management
• Prioritize and allocate time and resources effectively to meet goals
• Additional responsibilities related to business needs

Skills

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Recent experience as a Wholesale Account Executive required
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required
• Completion of Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, and Equity Origination training required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-starter: highly motivated, dependable, and self-reliant
• Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming sales obstacles
• Working knowledge of the wholesale lending process, loan programs, guidelines, and regulations
• Familiarity with local and regional markets and lender competition
