Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lynn University is seeking a Research Analyst to support the Office of Institutional Research, Planning & Assessment. This fully remote position involves data management, reporting, and decision support for the university community and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, the analyst will extract, compile, analyze and report institutional data on students, courses, personnel, finance and other aspects of the university as requested from Workday
• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain a variety of Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting tools, including but not limited to standard, custom, composite, and matrix reports, while adhering to business requirements and best practices
• Responsibilities include querying internal databases; manipulating and evaluating data; filling ad-hoc data requests, preparing interpretive analyses and presenting findings in narrative and graphic forms; and effectively interacting with the university community and external constituencies
• The research analyst will perform special projects and other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree (B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Workday reporting (HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Student)
• HCM Reporting Certification or Financials Reporting Certification
