RPA Consultant - Automation Anywhere (French Bilingual) Location: Remote – Canada (Preference: Toronto, ON) Type: Contract (6–12 Months) We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Consultant with strong expertise in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and fluency in French and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, while collaborating with both French and English-speaking stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360 or v11).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical automation workflows.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and reusable bots aligned with best practices and governance standards.
• Support existing automation solutions — troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance bot performance.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and provide knowledge transfer sessions.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking business teams across regions for requirements and delivery updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in RPA using Automation Anywhere.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (Cloud and On-Prem).
• Strong understanding of RPA design principles, control room management, and bot lifecycle management.
• Experience in developing attended and unattended bots, integrating APIs, and orchestrating workflows.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBScript is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and French (oral and written).
• Experience working in Agile environments preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

• Certification in Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master RPA Professional.
• Prior experience in banking, insurance, or manufacturing domains.
• Exposure to other RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) is an asset.
