As a Sales Representative – Structural Heart, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) technology by providing technical, clinical, educational, and commercial support to healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading physicians, contribute to life-changing patient outcomes, and develop your expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of cardiovascular care. This position is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and requires close collaboration with implanting teams and Medtronic's Catheter-based Therapies (CBT) and Cardiovascular organizations. You will provide clinical support during procedures, deliver education and training to healthcare professionals, and partner with the sales team to drive procedural success and business growth. The role offers a dynamic mix of clinical, technical, and commercial responsibilities in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provide technical and clinical support during Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of Medtronic devices Deliver education and training to physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic colleagues to support the adoption and best practices of TAVI therapy Develop and maintain strong relationships with implanting teams and key stakeholders to drive procedural success and deliver outstanding customer support Collaborate with the Cardiovascular (CV) field organization and territory sales teams to achieve business objectives, support commercial activities, and execute territory plans Maintain expert knowledge of Medtronic Structural Heart products, clinical evidence, imaging technologies, and competitor landscape to provide high-quality clinical and technical guidance Support inventory management, customer requests, product feedback, and quality processes while ensuring compliance with Medtronic policies and procedures Communicate market insights, customer feedback, and business opportunities to internal stakeholders to support continuous business growth. Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Degree and 8 years’ experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment; selling or supporting interventional cardiology, vascular or surgical products OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment; selling or supporting interventional cardiology, vascular or surgical products Ability to travel extensively up to 75% by car and plane. Must have valid driver’s license Ability to work in Cath Labs or OR’s with radiation exposure Language: fluent in Serbian and high proficiency English. Optional requirements are Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Nursing, or a related field, with experience supporting structural heart or cardiovascular procedures, knowledge of cardiac imaging and cardiovascular anatomy, TAVI BluePrint 2 Certification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
