Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development. Demonstrated success with cold calling, lead qualification, and outreach campaigns. Experience working with CRM systems is required; familiarity with Zoho CRM, ZDialer, or other autodialers is a strong advantage. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a polished, professional phone manner. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Core responsibilities: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to business executives and decision-makers to schedule appointments with the field team. Conduct email outreach campaigns to follow up on calls, confirm appointments, and maintain consistent communication with prospects. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a steady and high-quality pipeline of interviews and business development opportunities. Work on multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with different markets and maintaining strong organizational practices to meet strict deadlines. Schedule a minimum of 10–12 interviews or appointments per week, consistently hitting or exceeding performance targets. Research and qualify leads to ensure they are relevant, accurate, and aligned with project goals. Maintain detailed records and activity logs of calls, emails, and contact outcomes using the company’s CRM system. Coordinate with team members to share feedback, challenges, and insights from outreach efforts to refine messaging and approach. Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to management, providing detailed updates on scheduled interviews, leads generated, and key performance metrics.
