To support a growing tax operations team, the full-time Seasonal Tax Reviewer (EA/CPA) will prepare and review tax returns, provide tax advice to clients, and ensure compliance with tax laws while working remotely from January through April 30th, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance with tax laws
• Conduct quality assurance checks and oversee the finalization of tax filings, including addressing complex tax situations
• Support and mentor tax preparers, providing feedback and reinforcing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active EA or CPA credential and a valid PTIN
• 5+ years of paid individual tax preparation experience with a strong preference for remote work experience
• 2+ years of experience reviewing moderate to high-complexity tax returns in a high-volume practice
• Proficient with professional tax software and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Experience working virtually with tax clients, including using client portals and online meeting tools
