Serve as an OE champion, mentor, and subject matter expert by establishing best practices, coaching teams, and integrating continuous improvement methodologies into daily operations. Develop and implement sustainable systems, metrics, and reporting processes to measure compliance, track outcomes, and demonstrate the value and impact of OE programs. Build organizational capability through benchmarking, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading the hiring, development, performance management, and evaluation of OE staff. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
