Requirements

• Strong HR expertise and a proven track record as a thought partner to senior leaders, ideally within or adjacent to technical or product organizations
• Skilled at navigating and facilitating change in fast-moving environments, with the ability to influence, create alignment, and build durable support for new ideas and initiatives
• Experience working across global employment laws and HR practices
• Innately curious, data-driven, and operate with a high sense of urgency that turns insight into action and measurable results
