Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Technical Leadership: Establish development standards, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and help drive Salesforce platform strategy across the organization. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
