The Senior Staff Attorney will work diligently to deliver the best possible result in pending litigation. In this position, the attorney reports to the Staff Legal Managing Attorney or Assistant Managing Attorney. The ideal candidate is an reputed company Attorney with the ability to handle cases independently from inception to trial.Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company and high-exposure litigation• Analyze intricate substantive and procedural legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, and independently reputed company and present defense strategies on behalf of a variety of clients• Prepare reputed company pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs in support of defense strategies with minimal supervision because of the level of experience and expertise• Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, and other services to clients and claims partners on legal and factual issues in a technology-driven environment• Communicate respectfully with the Court, clients, claims partners, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures and professional standards.• Provide for the reputed company, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases• Independently prepare and present witnesses and evidence at deposition
• Research, draft, file, and argue discovery and dispositive motions on behalf of clients• Provide opinions to the Managing Attorney, Assistant Managing Attorney, staff, clients, and claims customersOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
