We partner with pain specialists nationwide to provide ongoing lifestyle and holistic care via telehealth for patients preparing for or recovering from spinal cord stimulator (SCS) and intrathecal pump procedures. No experience in pain medicine required. If you have experience with functional medicine and are open to learning, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do

• Conduct

tele-health visits with patients.

• Provide

focused sessions around chronic pain, anxiety, weight loss, and behavior change.

• Use standardized tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, Pain Catastrophizing, etc.).
• Deliver concise

readiness reports and collaborate with MDs to guide care.

Qualifications

• Active

NP license .

• Interest in

chronic pain, CBT, or behavioral medicine (no prior med-management heavy background required).
