Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator – Part-time

Remote · Peru Full-time

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Support recruiting operations and campaign efforts.
  • Coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system data.
  • Assist with candidate outreach, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews against established job qualifications.
  • Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Assist with reference checks, background check coordination, and other pre-employment activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience.
  • Experience with working with HRIS systems like UKG or similar ATS platforms
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus.
