The ideal candidate will search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property titles, primarily for residential properties. Responsibilities include copying or summarizing recorded documents affecting the title condition. The role involves gathering information and creating a title commitment before passing it to a Title Officer. Works independently, using experience to examine titles of varying complexity to determine status and establish the chain of title.

What You'll Do
