The Role As Tutor Coordinator, you will play a critical role in matching students with the right tutors, managing schedules, and ensuring that families receive exceptional service. This is not “side work”; it is a remote, full-time position requiring dedication, precision, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess student academic needs and assign tutors strategically based on subject expertise and learning preferences.
  • Manage and monitor tutor schedules, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of service delivery.
  • Build strong professional relationships with tutors, understanding their strengths and availability.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for tutors, students, and families, providing clear and responsive communication.
  • Track tutor performance and student progress, implementing strategies to continually improve outcomes.
  • Uphold Novastar Prep’s commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum (Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or related field). Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years professional experience in education, academic services, or program coordination.
  • Demonstrated organizational excellence with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
  • Tech proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, CRM systems).
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability in a remote work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $40,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses
