As a Remote Administrative Support Representative, you will be an integral part of this process, working closely with our team to achieve exceptional results. Job Highlights:

  • Position: Remote Administrative Support Representative

  • Location: Remote (with opportunities for onsite positions in select locations)

Responsibilities: As a Remote Administrative Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inbound correspondence by scanning, indexing, and taking appropriate action
  • Data entry of new file placements
  • Processing new or updated claims, releases, or notices
  • Providing transcription services for specified clients
  • Performing mailroom functions
  • Documenting accounts appropriately
  • Contacting insurance companies to confirm coverage and set up new claims (Subro)
  • Utilizing Afni and client software and computer equipment to accurately and efficiently track and record all activity related to customer/client functions
  • Responding to internal collector or coach requests

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two to twelve months of relevant experience (previous clerical experience preferred)
  • Accuracy in data entry, 10-key calculator, and basic PC skills
  • Ability to type 50-70 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Knowledge of internal guidelines in relation to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work with shifting priorities
  • Ability to perform mathematical functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications (Intelec, SCP, Filenet, NuVue, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
