Remote · India Full-time

About OpenTrain OpenTrain is the centralized, open platform where people start and grow careers in AI training and data labeling. We help freelancers discover projects, build a unified AI-training portfolio they control, and grow durable freelance careers in a fast-growing industry. About AI training work AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback) is the human side of building modern AI: people annotate, evaluate, and refine examples the models learn from. Work is often remote, flexible, and accessible to non-traditional tech backgrounds while letting contributors influence cutting-edge systems. This role focuses on reviewing visual and UX outputs from humans and AI so models learn better design judgment and produce more usable interfaces. The role OpenTrain is recruiting a UX and Visual Design Expert to review design interview content and AI-generated materials. This is a contract, part-time position focused on multidisciplinary design judgment: visual quality, UX/UI principles, typography, layout, branding consistency, and user-centered design. You will work 20+ hours per week as a contractor. Applicants must be able to work remotely from the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand and must be fluent in English.
