Female Remote HR Coordinator

Job Summary reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Remote HR Coordinator to join our dynamic reputed company. In this role, you will serve as a key reputed company of contact for HR-reputed company activities, ensuring seamless HR operations while supporting employees and management in a fully remote reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee inquiries reputed company to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training, and development activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Female candidates preferred, as per company policy for this role.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in remote work or virtual HR support is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.

Working Hours
