• You work your leads, build your relationships, and earn on the deals you fund
• Endless leads provided, across various lending products
• A full CRM to manage every lead, deal, and follow-up in one place
• An integrated dialer so your time goes to selling, not list-building
• A complete product lineup across the commercial finance spectrum, so you can serve a wide range of clients
• Hands-on support and training to help you ramp quickly and close consistently

Skills

• A confident, professional communicator who is comfortable on the phone
• Someone who can manage a deal from first contact through funding
• Prior experience in finance, lending, or B2B sales is a strong advantage, though a sharp, coachable rep who learns quickly can succeed here
• Strong Sales and Communication skills for engagement with potential clients and presenting solutions
• Experience in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to meet sales metrics and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
