They are seeking a Content Merchandising Specialist to ensure that resort listings inspire confidence and excitement, while directly influencing booking decisions and customer confidence.

Responsibilities

• Curate and merchandise resort listings within the Club Vacatia app, ensuring photography, descriptions, amenities, resort details, and SEO metadata are accurate, complete, and engaging
• Own listing quality throughout its lifecycle—from onboarding new resort content to regularly auditing existing listings for accuracy and completeness
• Partner directly with resort teams to gather, verify, and refresh photography, amenities, and property information
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve how resort content is presented and enhance the overall customer experience
• Maintain consistent content standards and brand quality across all resort listings
• Identify opportunities to improve listing quality, organization, and discoverability through continuous optimization
• Ensure customers always have access to trustworthy, up-to-date information that helps them confidently book their next stay

Skills

• Relevant experience in content merchandising, digital content management, e-commerce, marketplace listings, hospitality, travel, marketing, or a related field
• Recent graduates with strong internship or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities to improve content quality
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across both internal teams and external resort partners
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Passion for hospitality, travel, customer experience, and creating exceptional digital experiences
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), merchandising platforms, or digital publishing tools
• Experience creating or managing marketing content that drives customer engagement and conversion
• Background in hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, or marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital merchandising principles
