• Lead operations across multiple locations to ensure performance and consistency
• Own regional P&L and drive revenue growth and cost efficiency
• Coach and develop site leaders to build strong, accountable teams
• Execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all sites

• Strong track record of managing P&L and driving financial performance
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven experience in multi-site operations leadership, ideally within a PE-backed or MSO setting
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
