The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview focusing on real-world workflows related to investor engagement and roadshow logistics.

Responsibilities

• Preparing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, targeting, logistics, and materials
• Prepping executives and managing what is said within disclosure rules and MNPI guardrails
• Handling analyst or investor questions without selective disclosure
• Capturing investor feedback and synthesizing themes for leadership
• Explaining workflows specifically within: investor meeting preparation, roadshow logistics, executive prep, live engagement, feedback capture, and analyst-relationship management workflows

Skills

• 6+ years in investor relations, institutional investor engagement, capital markets communications, or IR advisory
• Direct, hands-on experience in investor meeting preparation, roadshow logistics, executive prep, live engagement, feedback capture, and analyst-relationship management workflows
• Experience making or influencing decisions related to investor prioritization, engagement goals, response boundaries, follow-up actions, and escalation when disclosure risk appears
• Familiarity with tools such as: Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight, Bloomberg, FactSet, CRM/IR tracking tools, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
• Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
• Experience working in a cross-functional finance, strategy, treasury, investor-relations, or business-partnering environment
