[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IRBsearch is seeking a high-impact Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute their full-funnel marketing strategy. The role involves crafting demand generation strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing lead generation efforts to effectively reach and convert target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-funnel demand gen strategy to drive qualified leads, Trials, and sales including customer engagement
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid, partnerships, email and more
  • Develop email nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs in HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Identify and test new channels (affiliate, co-marketing, content syndication) to expand reach
  • Partner with Product and Sales to identify high-value segments and align marketing efforts accordingly
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets and vendor relationships across all marketing channels
  • Conduct A/B Testing on ads, emails, landing pages, CTAs and more to continuously improve performance

Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a growth, demand gen, or performance marketing role
  • Proven experience marketing to niche or specialized professional audiences (legal, financial, gov, insurance, or similar)
  • Hands-on expertise across multiple channels: paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, webinars, and events
  • Experience with marketplace platforms or multi-sided market products
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM platform)
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Analytics, attribution tools, and campaign dashboards
  • Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
