They are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support the growth of their Allied Healthcare division by developing client relationships and driving new business while delivering exceptional service throughout the staffing process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Account Manager for designated Allied Healthcare clients
• Build consultative, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional service
• Manage the full client lifecycle, including job intake, candidate submissions, client feedback, offers, placements, onboarding, and ongoing account support
• Monitor active assignments and collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve issues
• Maintain accurate client, job order, and activity records in CRM, VMS platforms, and internal systems
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts and gain access to additional hiring managers or MSP programs
• Partner with the Director of Client Services to identify and pursue new Allied Healthcare clients
• Research prospective customers and conduct business development outreach through emails, calls, and discovery meetings
• Support onboarding documentation and implementation for new client accounts
• Once new accounts are established, lead job intake conversations and develop staffing strategies to deliver successful placements
• Prepare and submit qualified candidates through multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) accurately and on time
• Assist with credentialing coordination and compliance requirements
• Work cross-functionally with recruiting, operations, finance, and credentialing teams to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience
• Support collection efforts for assigned accounts as needed
• Participate in team meetings, client visits, conferences, and company events as needed

Skills

• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and build a successful career in client services and healthcare staffing
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, customer service, account management, or sales preferred
