Skills
- 12+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a leadership/management role
- Mandatory Healthcare Payer experience
- Strong knowledge of claims, member, provider, and MMIS applications
- Experience with Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, or similar payer platforms
- Hands-on experience with SQL, API testing, and test automation
- Knowledge of X12 EDI, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS regulations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
