Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to ensure full compliance with both local and international laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents essential to business operations
• Support our business units by mitigating risks and advising on regulatory and compliance matters
• Handle legal disputes, safeguarding the company’s interests in various scenarios
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives
• Keep abreast of legal developments to maintain compliance and stay ahead in the industry

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a significant track record in both law firms and startup environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues with a strategic and solution-oriented approach
• Strong understanding of local and international legal frameworks relevant to our industry
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
