[Remote] Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager

As a Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager, you will lead enablement initiatives, design training programs, and partner with various teams to drive sales effectiveness and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enablement programs end-to-end, from needs discovery and design through delivery, reinforcement, and iteration
  • Design and deliver training content, certifications, sales toolkits, and resources that support SDRs, AEs, and other sales roles
  • Pilot and scale new learning experiences and formats to expand reach and improve engagement
  • Translate the sales process, buyer journey, and market dynamics into practical, role-relevant learning journeys
  • Align enablement priorities to company goals and revenue outcomes, ensuring programs drive growth and efficiency
  • Use data and stakeholder input to prioritize content, improve training effectiveness, and inform what to build next
  • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to create internal training content that makes complex concepts clear and usable
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, adoption, and program impact

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years' experience in an enablement or program management role
  • Advanced skills in using web conferencing and communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Slack, SharePoint)
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines operating in an agile working environment
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to drive initiatives and outcomes
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Engagement and Conversation Intelligence platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs using skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully create sales training and content
  • Ability to understand and explain complex product and tech concepts
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated experience leading meetings and initiatives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
