They are looking for a QA Engineer/Tester to join their international project team, responsible for designing and maintaining test plans, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to support timely resolution
• Validate implemented features and ensure software meets functional and quality standards before release
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices
• Support test automation initiatives where applicable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Tester, QA Engineer, or in a similar software quality assurance role
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Hands-on experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate software defects effectively
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar test and work management tools
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams
