They are seeking a Workday Integrations Manager to lead the implementation life cycle, collaborate with team members, and support clients in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members to lead the implementation life cycle
• Planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support
• Executing project management methodology and complex design document creation
• Developing and executing end-user training and identifying business process modifications
• Testing approaches for script development and execution

Skills

• 4 plus years of Workday integration experience
• 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
• Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations
• Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients
